Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup sprouted moth


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 2 tsp tamarind pulp


  • 1 tsp jaggery powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Add mustard and let it splutter
  • Add onion and wait till it shrinks
  • Add tomato and wait till it turns mushy
  • Add salt and spices and mix well
  • Add moth beans and saute for a minute
  • Add tamarind pulp, jaggery and mix
  • Add some water and cover the lid cook for 10 minutes .
